In 2012, I lost my mom to ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). In that journey, I learned:
Mobility, health & breath are gifts meant to be cherished & celebrated.
Life is a bounty to be savored, not squandered on criticism or judgment.
Love is all there is in the end. Live for nothing else.
And so, I am on my quest to share my learning's with passion and without apology.
Because of her and what she taught me, everyday I Choose Joy.
